Rachel is an ACE certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. She also holds a certification in MASHUP and R.I.P.P.E.D. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science Education with a concentration in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas. During her time in college, she competed as a collegiate gymnast where she was named SEC Academic All-American. She is a military spouse married to a husband who serves in the United States Airforce. She has two kids and enjoys photography and coaching gymnastics.

Joe is a former college football athlete and has a bachelor’s degree in biology. After college, Joe has became a Wichita firefighter, and Joe has been strength and conditioning coach for over twelve years and has been a certified personal trainer for two years. If you want to build strength, your size and lose weight, Joe is a great fit!

Lori moved to Derby in 2016, where she has been enjoying her time doing cardio and living a healthy lifestyle. She is a loving wife and mother of two girls. Lori has been a personal trainer since 2013 and would love to teach you the ins and outs about getting into shape.

Cindy’s passion is to watch and help clients grow and achieve new goals. She has been a personal trainer since she was in college, and has continued the path to find better ways to live a healthy lifestyle and teach by becoming a Health Coach. Kay practiced and completed a mentoring program under the leadership of Flora Nessly from WSU for several years. While teaching at the Derby Recreation Center, she trained under Barb Nelson in traditional yoga. Kay loves to share with others the benefits of practicing yoga and encourage everyone to take charge of their health. Her grandchildren range from 7 to 39 years of age and her favorite pass time is to be with them. Come improve your balance with Kay!
