LOGAN AYESH
Background: I started working out at 19 and quickly found a deep passion for fitness and movement. What truly motivated me was seeing how many people struggle with injuries, mobility, or weight gain, and wanting to help them feel strong and confident in their bodies again. I am currently a student at Wichita State University studying to become a physical therapist, and personal training allows me to combine my love for exercise with my fascination for the physiology of the human body. I also work as a group fitness instructor at the Derby Recreation Center, where I teach teen weightlifting, early morning boot camps, and Muscle Manias for older adults.
Philosophy: I believe that fitness should be structured, effective, and fun. My training style focuses on functional movement and making basic, everyday motions the foundation of every workout program. Consistency is the key to long-term success—you don’t need extreme workouts or hours in the gym every day. Showing up 4–5 times a week and staying committed is what truly creates real change. I love tailoring programs to each client’s needs and goals.
