Rentals can only be scheduled up to 12 months in advance.
Rentals include some tables and chairs (different number depending on space), AV equipment if needed, and setup or tear down options.
To reserve a facility, please come to the DRC or call (316)788-3781. Full deposit, rental fees, signed Facility Use Guidelines, and signed Alcohol Policy (if applicable), are required BEFORE your date will be scheduled.
