CYCLE STUDIO

The Derby Recreation Center cycles and studio were recently updated.  The studio is equipped with 20 stationary bikes plus an instructor bike.  It also boasts a state of the art video and sound system.  

Cycle classes are offered year round at various times at the Derby Recreation Center.

PROGRAM STUDIOs

The Derby Recreation Center has added three new program studios. The studios have sports flooring, full length mirrors, a full complement of workout equipment and a state of the art sound system.
