The 1/10 mile track is above the gymnasium and has three lanes for walkers and joggers alike. There are ample areas with mats for stretching and light workouts.
10 laps = 1 mile.
TRACK RULES
The track shall be used for running and walking activities only.
Spectators are not allowed to stand along track to watch gym activities.
Children under eight (8) are not allowed on the track unless enrolled in an organized program.
Children eight (8) to ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult 16 or older to use the track.
Strollers are not allowed on track.
Before entering track, look both ways and safely merge without interfering with other participants.
Runners must stay on the outside, walkers on the inside.
Follow directional arrow.
No sprinting or racing is allowed.
No climbing, standing, or sitting on railing or wall.
No food or drink is allowed on track– water bottles are only exception
