I have been a member of the Drc for almost 2 decades. I have always received outstanding customer service, and the staff has always been friendly. However recently I began working out in the morning and have been appalled at how rude and snobby the lady's working the front desk in the morning are. Please resolve this issue as I would like to continue to be a member of the Drc.
